(Divorce by Agreement)
Article 1
XXXXX (referred to herein as "Husband") and YYYYY (referred to herein as "Wife")
have agreed this day of XXXXXXXX, 20XX that both parties shall enter into this divorce
agreement ("Divorce by Agreement") pursuant to Article 763 of Civil Law of Japan and
shall promptly notify to the authorities for legal acceptance pursuant to the said law.

(Parental Authority of and Custody over the children)
Article 2
Parent authority of and custody over the three minor children (name of children and date
of birth etc.) shall attribute to the Wife.

2. The Wife agrees that in case of death of herself the parental authority of and custody
over the said three children shall pass to the Husband; and the Wife shall also agree that
she will not to designate any guardian of the said children by her last will and testament
while they stay as minors.

(Relationship of the parties after divorce)
Article 3
The both parties agree that even after the divorce each party shall esteem the other and
shall maintain a friendly relationship each other.
2. The both parties agree that one party shall behave attentive enough to the other in order
for maintaining affectionate relationship of one party to the said three children; and also
agree that each party shall never speak ill of the other.

(Child Support)
Article 4
The Husband shall pay to the Wife for the support of the said three minor children a sum
agreed herein in the following sub-article on XXth day (or on the following day if XXth day
falls on banking holiday) of each month starting from one month after the divorce (such
month inclusive) to the following account designated by the Wife. Remittance fees, if any,
shall be for the account of the Husband.

2. The sum to be paid by the Husband as the child support shall be JPY XXXXX per person per
month and this support obligations shall continue until AAA, BBB or CCC respectively reaches
20 years of age (month of bith inclusive).

子供の養育までは大体以上の通りですが、この後他の財産の分配、子供への面接権、
お互いの連絡の仕方、秘密維持、準拠法、強制執行の合意等が協議書の内容になります。

太田実プロフィール
            昭和24年（1949年）3月、千葉県銚子市生。
            市立銚子高から東北大学（経）卒業後直ちに三菱重工業（株）入社。
            横浜造船所（今のみなとみらい）、本社、ロンドンと造船輸出営業に
            一貫して従事、その後機械輸出営業に転じ、2004年からパリの子会社
            社長。2011定年退職。郷里に近い鹿嶋市に転居。同年から行政書士。
            趣味：ゴルフ、音楽（中高とブラスバンド（クラリネット））
